Unrestricted street parking.

Within walking distance to Croydon Tramlink - Birkbeck, Bus Routes,  and fairly close to National Rail stations, and Overground.

A selection of shops is at the end of the road.  Also at either end of the same main road are Aldi and Tesco supermarkets. The Beckenham end of South Norwood Country Park is nearby. 

Rent is Per Calendar Month Payable in Advance.  One month's rent in advance is required, plus legally required registered deposit based on six weeks rent before beginning of tenancy.  The tenancy will also be based on Calendar months even if begun initially after the 1st of a month.
