The master bedroom and dressing room will be completed as much as they are going to be (during the term). The entrance hall will be completed (apart from floor tiling, up-lights and a cupboard or two). The exterior will be completed apart from laying gravel on the drive and completing a part finished soak-away. The schedule for improvements will not be guaranteed but rather will be at the landlord's discretion.
