Brilliant connections into London Bridge (25 mins), Clapham Junction (12 mins) and London Victoria (22 mins) from West Norwood and on the Thames Link into Blackfriars from Tulse Hill.

Easy to get to Crystal Palace and then the Overground for quick access to the North and East London.

Also 24hr bus routes that run towards Brixton and Central London.

The Room/ Flat
The whole flat is extremely well furnished. The double room has a large double cupboard that provides ample room to store clothes. Also included is the double bed (quite key!), large chest of draws, bed side table and a dressing table.

The main bathroom is effectively your own bathroom, as there is an en suite in the master bedroom meaning I never use the main bathroom. With shower, bath toilet and sink.

The living space is open place, modern and clean.

Great amenities nearby; brand new Leisure center 2 minute walk (gym and pool), great pub over the road (The Great North Wood), three supermarkets and ever increasing nice little coffee shops.

There is bike storage in the block and a nice balcony.

Bills
Bills come at around £150 per person per month (based on 2 people living in the flat). Obviously less if a couple move in. This covers everything you’d expect - including super-fast Sky broadband.

Cleaner every other weekend as part of the total bills cost.

Housemate
I will be your housemate! It’s my first flat so I like to look after the place. I like to think I’m very easy going, chilled, considerate and just the classic young-professional.

I work for a record label so out the house during the day, evenings seem to get filled up – but in general, just looking for a chilled easy home environment.
