There are also plenty to London Bridge and Kings Cross St. Pancras. It's a 25 mins drive to SW London and to get a cab to Gatwick it costs around £30 or you can get the Gatwick Express from East Croydon which takes 15/20mins. 

There are no car parking spaces allocated to the flat however adjacent residential roads are quiet, permit free and easy to park in. The pay and display car park on Carshalton high street is also free between the hours of 6.30pm and 8am (please check).
