The flat is also around 30 seconds from one of the entrances to Crystal Palace Park. There is also access to a back garden for the Spring and early Summer. The triangle is within easy walking distance (about 15 mins.)
The room is £530 per month all bills included. The room is available immediately for six months.
Short story is: me and my girlfriend were renting this together, she is currently working abroad for the next few months and so cannot cover all costs alone.
A bit about me: I am pretty quiet, currently working on my doctoral thesis, am out all day at work and often stay (Email Removed After Let) not doing those things, I like to cook, go for runs, cycle and read or watch films.
