I currently have two double rooms available in a four bed house. The house has separate living room, dining rooms and kitchen. One of the rooms (already let) has en-suite facilities so the main bathroom is shared between three housemates.

The property is fully furnished with new matching furniture throughout. The living room has a large corner sofa that is great for everyone to get together. The communal areas are regularly painted and the carpets are new within the last 12 months. There is a lovely back garden area that is ideal for BBQs and chilling in the sun. There is plenty of on street parking for you and your guests.

The exterior of the property is undergoing full renovation (nearing completion), including restoring the brickwork to its former glory. The final work of painting and landscaping will be complete very soon but already looks amazing.

The house is rented on a 12 minimum term and a security deposit of 1 months’ rent is required (lodged with DPS). Bills are split equally between all tenants (Council tax, utilities, TV licence and broadband). The house owned by myself and is not let through an agent (no expensive fees) so if you have any problems at all I’m here to help at short notice. I also have British Gas boiler cover (so it’s regularly serviced) and if there are any problems they are available to help.
