Flat doors have latest security system installed. Utility, gas and electric bills will not be included in the rent fees, it is for the tenant's responsibility to pay them as well as Council Tax and TV Licence. The flat will be given in very recent refurbished state and as tenants you will be expected to show extra care to keep the home in good condition in terms of hygiene and make sure not any damage is caused to the carpets, tiles, appliances, furniture and so forth. 

The potential tenant/s is expected to pay 6 weeks of rent as holding deposit for costs towards any potential repairs or damages, or in case any new appliances, equipment or furniture has to be purchased, which will be paid into the government's deposit protection scheme.
