The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 extra downstairs toilet, as well as a kitchen, shared living room and huge garden!

I am moving out after living in this house for 3 and a half years. Although I sad to be leaving because it's a great house, I have decided to move into a house with my girlfriend.

THE ROOM:

The spacious double room comes part furnished with large built in wardrobes. The room looks out into the garden and gets tons of sunshine and natural light.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES:

You will be sharing with 3 lovely girls who are all in their mid twenties.

Taddea is Austrian and works as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer

Beth is English and works in E-commerce at a fashion brand

The other Beth is also English and works in fashion production at another fashion brand.

THE AREA:

The house is situated about a 5-7 minute walk in between Turnpike Lane and Wood Green underground stations- both zone 3 Piccadilly line. Two stops down from Turnpike Line is Finsbury Park, which is on the Victoria Line and has fantastic links throughout the city.

As well as being well near to 2 tube stations, the bus has excellent bus links which run 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The house is a 3 minute walk to a busy high street which has everything you could ever need in terms of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, markets and gyms.

At the end of the street there is an indoor market, open 7 days a week which sells fresh fruit & veg, as well as meat, fish and many many other handy foods and goods.

Bills come to £84 per month which brings your total monthly fee with rent (£555) to £639.
