Keep walking and you'll be in Covent Garden before you know it! There are many historical pubs close to the flat, i.e. the George Inn and The Anchor, along with innumerable other fantastic food and drink places, with the famous Breakfast Club on Southwark Street being the closest to the flat.

GOOD TO KNOW:

The flat is on the first floor, there is a very manageable ramp of stairs up to it. The property is protected by two fob-operated access gates, and the courtyard is shared with a wine bar of very high standard, called the Boot and Flogger. Its patrons may sit in the courtyard during the summer months but it is closed to them punctually at 9:30 pm. There is a rail bridge next to the building so trains are audible when outside the flat, but are of no disturbance at all within the flat.
There are a few supermarkets nearby, with the closest just a 3 minute walk to Borough High Street, where there is also a post office and a public library.
