Blackhorse road station (Victoria line –takes you to Central London in 20 mins) and St.James Street station (Overground to Liverpool Street in 15 mins) are both just 5-6 minutes walk away from the flat. Also, buses going to Leyton and Wood Green stop nearby. The flat is just 5 minutes away from Walthamstow market, closest supermarkets include Lidl, Sainsbury's and Tesco Express.

The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and an electric shower. The flat also has access to a biggarden, which is very beautiful in the spring/summer.
