BAYSWATER – W2 – VERY LARGE DOUBLE ROOM

A very large double room, properly furnished, in a flat located in Bayswater W2, a short walking distance from the very popular Whiteleys shopping center and the amenities of Kensington Gardens. It is an area of London very popular with young people, and also very convenient for transport for those working in central London. A huge and luxurious Waitrose has recently opened just around the corner.

Although is truly a very large room, it is for sole occupancy, due to my own preferences about the use of the property and commitments I have with the other two tenants. This means that only the signatory tenant can use it as her main residential address, but temporary guests are allowed of course.

This accommodation is available from early February and costs 565 per calendar month. Bills are in the region of 25 pounds per calendar month. One month deposit and one month in advance to get the keys.

The flat is made of three double rooms rented out to three occupiers, with sharing of bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is also good sized and one is able to actually eat in it while sitting at a table, rather than just using it for cooking. The total size of the flat is circa 75 sqm. The flat is in already in good condition, nevertheless, a complete redecoration is planned for the spring. The estate in which the flat is located is also undergoing significant major works of improvement during the next two years (new windows etc).

Currently living in the flat are two ladies and a guy, professionals, in their late twenties. One of them is about to leave.
