It's a 7-10 minute walk to Bow Road (District and Hammersmith & City line) and Bow Church (DLR) - great links into Central London and Canary Wharf. Westfield shopping centre is only a stone throws away too. Each of the bedrooms is spacious (double beds in each) and 2 have en suites plus there is a main bathroom. Quite unusual to find a spacious 3 bed / 3 bath with decent sized living and kitchen areas. The flat has all mod cons including washer / dryer and dishwasher. There is a large private terrace and communal roof garden with great views all around.

The flat comes fully furnished and the specifications are to a high standard. The flat is 3.5 years old so relatively new and we are the only people to have lived here since then. Rent includes Council Tax and service charges but excludes utilities I'm afraid. We are flexible on moving in dates but looking at the start of March.
