It's a beautiful Victorian house located in the heart of Battersea. Just a walk away from Battersea Park and Clapham Junction station. Also lots of bus connections just around the corner.
The house has 2 floors, with a well sized living room and kitchen in the first floor, looking to a backyard and 3 bedrooms and the bathroom in the second floor.
Your bedroom is a HUGE room with a king size bed, LOADS of storage, a huge desk, lots of space and hours of sun (when is out) thanks to the big windows.
All the white goods and commodities included, also bills, so you don´t have to worry about that. Cleaner comes once a week, but also we take care daily about the house and our stuff, so we expect you to do the same :)
About your flatmates:
You will be sharing the house with Ana and Oliver, we are two friends living in the area for quite a long time now and last but MOST IMPORTANT, the VIP´s members of the house: Agata, Chica; a rough collie, a shar pei, so you must be an animal lover. If you also have a pet to join the pack, you are welcome to bring in so they all can meet before-hand, although, I have to admit all the animals are quite friendly.
We are professionals working long hours on our late 30´s and early 40´s so this is definitely not a party house although we engage over pizza and a beer after work, and some other social amenities. We consider ourselves very friendly. Also, obviously, we enjoy spending time in the park with the furry members, so if you are a crazy pet lover you are more than welcome to join us :)
Oliver is a private chofer and works really long hours. He likes to chill with a movie, the dogs and and a good chat.
Ana is a marketing professional, loves music, sports, reading and computers.

Couples are welcome but monthly rent will need to go up considering the extra costs.
