Why rent from us?
We refurbished the house while living in it and loved our time there. We only live a short distance away now, so will be readily on hand if anything needs sorting out at short notice.
The property is available from 30 January 2017 onwards.The rent is £540 per week. We are happy to consider a 24-month tenancy with a 12-month break clause, so that you have the flexibility to leave after a year but the certainty that your rent won't go up if you stay for the full term.
Renting direct from us also means that you will not incur the often vast "admin" fees that estate agents charge.
