The house is a 15 minute commute to Liverpool Street station and Shoreditch so is perfect if you have a job in the City or tech. There are loads of buses from both ends of the street (Dalston Lane or Graham Road) and Hackney Downs and Dalston Overground stations are minutes walk away.
Hackney Downs is the nearest overground station (2 min walk), into Liverpool Street trains leave from there every 5 minutes and take 10 minute - then you are on central line and hamersmith & city / circle lines. Also 8 min walk away from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations. Lines from these go south and west respectively, a 5 min ride west from Dalston Kingsland connects you with the Victoria line at Highbury and Islington. Kings Cross / Euston are only 20-25 mins away by public transport (either from Hackney Downs Overground / Circle line or from Dalston Junction Overground / Victoria Line). Also, great buses into the City and to Angel.
