A cozy and well lit room (3 x 4m approx.) in a 2 bedroom, 2 floor house situated in this secure purpose built block with a private balcony and front patio (Vale Royal House). The room is very basic, but we want the tenant to feel at home so will be happy for you to bring furniture, lighting etc. We also have storage areas around the rest of the house so you can free up space in the room.

The location is fantastic. We are right next to Leicester Square station. Just a moment away from all the shops and restaurants in Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road. Whether you are going to college or to work, we are within walking distance to pretty much every location in Central London.

We will be cleaning the communal areas of the flat, you will just need to be responsible for your room.
We are a young family, but we are very quiet and will respect your privacy.
