I am looking for a considerate, relaxed and friendly professional. I am hoping for a long-term let (at least 12 months). It's a quiet residential area, so no party monsters, but normal socialising welcome.

You would be living with me (mid-30s male secondary school teacher) and two loveable cats (Rufio and Jasmine). I am passionate about music, film, and cooking. I'm friendly, open and independent, and I’d love to find someone on a similar wavelength.

Location

St Johns is a beautiful little gem in SE London. It's a conservation area, and sits between Brockley and Deptford, close to New Cross and Peckham.

The house is 1 minute walk from St John’s station (London Bridge or Cannon Street in about. 10 mins; Peckham Rye in 15 mins); and 10 - 15 minutes’ walk to Deptford (DLR and Rail), New Cross, New Cross Gate, Brockley and Lewisham (which can get you pretty much anywhere in London).

There are two great pubs nearby (The Talbot and newly-opened Brookmill), some great local restaurants (including Meze Mangal), and we are 2 minutes’ walk from Brockley Market on Saturdays. For groceries there is a Tesco Metro at the top of the road, and for bigger shops a giant Sainsbury’s in New Cross.
