This double room is available from the beginning of April. The room is in a stunning, high ceilinged flat overlooking the wonderful Victoria Park. There are amazing views from the sitting room and kitchen, which look straight over to the park, with the lake and renowned Pavilion Cafe literally across the road.

The rental comes with exclusive use of your own ensuite bathroom. The flat has wireless broadband and all bills are included. There is also an option to rent a secure car park space in the gated development behind the flat.

You would be sharing with one other, the female flat owner. I'm a fine artist with a studio nearby and I work part-time in a healthcare organisation a couple of days a week. Down to earth and easy to get along with, I’m looking for someone who lives an independent, full life and wants to share a lovely, well kept home and get along well when we cross paths throughout the week. 

Local transport links are excellent with Bethnal Green and Mile End stations within a 10-12 min walk. The bus services are well connected with the 8 to Oxford Street passing through Shoreditch High Street and the 277 to Highbury & Islington / Limehouse, amongst others.

Nearby Lauriston Road and Roman Road have lots of great restaurants and there are plenty of gastro pubs within a spit of the flat. Also Broadway Market with its shops, bars, restaurants and Saturday market is a short walk along the canal path as are Columbia Road and Brick Lane markets on a Sunday.
