Lovely double bedroom in first floor flat sharing with one other professional female.  The property is light and in excellent condition and consists of a large lounge with original fireplace, re-furbished bathroom with shower and large eat-in kitchen.  There is also a small balcony off the kitchen where you can sit, looking out over the garden if the weather is nice or dry your washing outside.

The room itself is furnished - the bed and very comfy memory foam mattress are both 1 year old.  There is a large built in wardrobe and a small bedside cabinet.  There is also an original fireplace.

The property is well looked after with 2 other (very nice!) people living in the entire house (there's 3 flats in total).  It's in a lovely quiet area, a 12 min walk from either Wood Green or Bounds Green tube on the Piccadilly line or a 2 min walk from Alexandra Palace overground station.   It's also really close to Alexandra Palace itself and the gorgeous park is right on the doorstep.  There's a good range of local shops just at the bottom of the road and supermarkets and restaurants in nearby Wood Green or Muswell Hill.

You'll be sharing with one other professional 28 year old woman who works in the charity sector, she'd like a flat-mate who is "friendly, clean, self-aware, happy to be in their own company or up for sharing a meal".

Utility bills (internet, electricity, gas, water, council tax) will be about £150 per month.

One person would be preferred but a professional couple would also be a possibility.
