Hi, we have a bright sunny room available for rent in a warm friendly house. There are 3 professional females currently living there. They are out mostly so the house is fairly quiet. 
The house is very warm ( new boiler installed) with modern appliances like Washing machine, Dryer, microwave etc. 

The room itself is spacious and cosy, situated at the back of the house with its own private entrance leading to rear garden. Bills are included with rent which is £500 per month, plus 1 months deposit in advance.

The property is ideally located to access Thornton Heath Train station, this is only 7 mins walk. Trains run frequently to Clapham Junction and Victoria Station. The journey time from Thorton Heath direct to Victoria is 23 mins. 
2 mins walk is the famous Thornton Heath modern library and across the road is a park with tennis courts.

Just 8mins walk is a 24hrs Tesco Superstore, and further along is the busy high street with lots of shops. For night outs there's Croydon town centre which s a short bus ride, and  Crystal palace which host bars and restaurants.
