Fantastic transport links, modern furnishings and bags of character on the top floor converted public house finished to a high standard.  Unusually light and bright with large windows and a nice view of Canary Wharf from the living room which is especially nice after dark.

We've lived at this flat for four years and cannot stress enough how fantastic location is. It has easy access to many areas of London due to its close proximity to both Bermondsey station and Rotherhithe station (on the Jubilee and Overground lines respectively). From here you can go from Bermondsey to London Bridge, the City of London, the West End (Green Par/Bond Street), Canary Wharf, Waterloo and Stratford within 20 minutes or less in either direction. It's one stop from Canada Water which is about to under go a multi million pound make over and regeneration.

Likewise the overground can take you to Shoreditch High Street, Hoxton and beyond within 15 minutes. We've had four fantastic years living in central London (on the edge of Zone 1 just inside Zone 2) and Rotherhithe is a really surprisingly secluded and beautiful untapped part of central London with pretty gardens and beautiful views of the River Thames. Conversely Bermondsey is thriving with new cool and popular areas such as Bermondsey Street (bars and restaurants) and Maltby Street food market (weekend street food and market).

The flat itself has bags of character and is simple and modern in it's furnishings. We hope whoever lives there from now on will get as much enjoyment from the flat as we have in the past 4 years. Please note there are four flights of stairs to get to the top floor with no wheelchair access.
