Our flat is a home, so it is important that we all get along. We are non smokers. We have a small, friendly, clean and well behaved house rabbit who lives on the communal balcony, when he is invited inside he does not ever venture beyond the living room.
Our ideal flatmate(s) would be people who we would ultimately call friends, with whom we could all enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home together. They would be considerate, tidy and be happy to share a drink together from time to time. We would also prefer people planning to stay long term, and who generally work normal hours (not from home).
The rent is £1250 per month for a single person, £1400 per month if a couple. This INCLUDES ALL BILLS AND FACILITIES - use of all gym / pool facilities, parking plus visitor parking, council tax, WiFi, TV, heating, water, electricity etc.
