There are no agency fees as the room is advertised by a student. All bills are included for £185 per week. It includes wifi, a private bathroom, one bed, desk, bedside table and wardrobe. The room is quite spacious. There is also an onsite laundry . Each person had their own cupboard with a key. The living room is also situated near the kitchen.

Only 4 flatmates in the next door rooms. It is just around the corner from Mile End tube station. There are several supermarkets nearby Tesco, the Cooperative and Sainsbury's .It is also 3 minutes walking distance to Queen Mary University of London and one stop by tube to Stratford. Both undergraduate and postgraduate students live here.
