The third room is taken by Jackie, who I have lived with for the past 2 years and is a great housemate, she works 9-5 during the day and enjoys being socialble, cooking and painting.

The two available rooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers.

The apartment is well kitted out with new kitchen and appliances, washing machine, tumble drier, powerful shower, and plasma TV in front of a nice big leather sofa

There is a separate lounge and kitchen with breakfast bar.

There is also a communal garden with a bbq

Rent is £600 pcm + share of bills (around £60)

- 15mins to elephant and castle
- 18 mins - Blackfriars
- 25mins to Kings Cross

Queens Road Peckham (orange overground line) - 10 mins walk away
- takes 15 mins to clapham junction
- takes 7 mins to Canada Water (jubilee line)
- takes 8 mins to London Bridge (jubilee and northern line)

Brockley (orange overground line) - 10 mins walk away
- As above with Queens Rd but longer to Clapham
