Hi! I'm Cath and I'm looking for some decent tenants who are searching for a friendly landlord!

My property is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat in a brand new development in Streatham. It is next door to Streatham station, on top of Tesco Extra (24 hour!) and next door to a brand new gym/pool/ice rink complex.

The property itself is one of the largest in the development, is on the top floor and benefits from a huge balcony which looks over the communal courtyard/gardens and has views all over South London. The flat is fully furnished and has underfloor heating.

In terms of transport you have Streatham station next door (served by the Thameslink to Blackfriars, Kings cross etc and also trains to London Bridge) Streatham common station is a 5 min walk away with links to London Victoria in 15 mins. The flat is also a short bus ride to Brixton with buses stopping directly outside the developement and leaving every few minutes.

I absolutely loved living in this area, Streatham is full of great places to eat and lots of amazing pubs. It's also super close to Tooting Common for the Lido in the summertime and Balham for more great eats!

I'm looking for someone who will look after my flat and treat it as their own! My current tenants will be moving out at the end of January but I can also wait until March for the right tenants.
