Room in a Shared House, Agamemnon Road, NW6

We are a group of fun-loving , international people looking for a lovely new house-mate to take over the available double bedroom.

The room is in a five bedroom terraced house in one of the most sought after streets in West Hampstead (street with a funky Greek name).

The house is exceptionally spacious and bright, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We spend a lot of our summer days in our lovely big garden.

The room is bright, furnished and has lots of storage space. It overlooks the garden. Toilet/shower positioned conveniently right outside the room. There are in total four toilets and three showers in the house so there is never a queue !

We like to keep clean and tidy. Hygiene is very important,but we are no OCDs!

We sometimes hang out. But we respect each other's space and we do have a life outside the house.

Only a few minutes walk to Fortune Green Park, and five minutes walk to Westend Lane where you can enjoy high quality bars, pubs and restaurants. The tube station is around 10-12 minutes walk away. There are bus stops very nearby, with 6 different buses going to various parts of London.

Rent is £780/month including broadband internet, water, council tax, gas and electricity. One month's deposit required. We also have a cleaner who comes every week and we split the cost. The rent does not include the cost of the cleaner (which is usually only around £20 per month).
