A spacious double with a generous built-in wardrobe is available from 1st March 2017. The room is available for a SINGLE person (not couples) in full time employment or a post graduate student. The house is a modern split-level luxury town-house. The rent at £399 per month respectively includes all bills & council tax. The house will suitable for someone who works in the nearby Northern General Hospital or someone who wants a comfortable place close to Manchester City centre. One month's rent will be payable initially, plus a month’s refundable deposit. Please note different rates apply if you plan on staying for less than six months.

Facilities include: Off road parking, Wifi internet, Washer, Dishwasher, Fridge-freezer, garden etc.

There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with separate wet room with power shower. Also there are 2 living rooms - 1 shared. 1 private.

The house is situated in a quiet Mews in CRUMPSALL, Manchester. CRUMPSALL is a convenient and central location close to the City Centre (2. 5 miles) and under 1 mile from Heaton Park - one of UK’s largest city parks. There is an extensive local bus service which goes to the North Manchester General Hospital, Cheetham Hill, Manchester City Centre, Bury, Middleton and Oldham. Crumpsall tram station (three stops to Victoria station) and the M60 motorway are close by. There are local grocers, bakeries and the post office is just 2 minutes walk away. Cheetham shopping village with Tesco and coffee shops are also close by. A short bus ride will take you to the Fort Shopping Complex on Cheetham Hill Road.
