The flat is located on Musgrove Road, which benefits from being in the beautiful Telegraph Hill conservation area, and is still only a 5 minute walk from New Cross Gate station. Telegraph Hill Park boasts beautiful views over London and is a treat for picnics in summer or fresh air and tennis in Autumn and Winter.

The flat is a very spacious and recently renovated Victorian conversion with high ceilings and preserved fittings making it a charming home. Two very large double bedrooms would be ideal for professional sharers, or a couple looking to have a lovely home (ideal for working from home). The kitchen is new with built in dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has an L-shaped shower and bath that provides a luxurious bath, or a spacious shower.
