Spacious Double Room with separate Sower/Toilet in a Victorian terrace family house AVAILABLE FROM 15 DECEMBER, BUT IF NEEDED CAN ACCOMMODATE EARLIER TEMPORARILY IN ANOTHER ROOM!

We would like to welcome a young FEMALE professional or a student to share our home with us. Room is furnished, bedding and towels are provided at no extra costs. Shower/toilet room separate from the family is available for the tenant.

We are a family of three currently, parents and a student daughter. Our son has moved out, hence his room has been fully re-decorated and available to give somebody a nice place to live. The room becomes available from 15 December after our current tenants moves on to another country…

Room is located on a first floor of a spacious Victorian house, overlooking a garden. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful garden and roof terrace is for share with the family. BT Infinity broadband is available throughout the house. The house is cleaned once a week (free for a tenant).

Location: 7 min walk to Canning Town station (Jubilee line is all night line), 10 min walk to East India DLR. 2 min walk to a bus stop (115 goes to Aldgate East, I. e. City). Canary Wharf could be reached on foot within 30 min or 15-20 min by public transport. Central London is 30-40min away and Stratford is reachable in 20 min thanks to Jubilee line.
Nearby: nearest supermarket is 8-10 min walk, local corner shop for basic supplies 2 min walk. Canary Warf and Stratford areas have plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and other entertainments.

Please note, we have a pet parrot who is let out of the cage regularly and often "shares" the kitchen or living room with us.

Rent of £600 is inclusive of all bills. We ask for £300 deposit and identity verification (passport or identity card).
