Large living room & kitchen with dishwasher & balcony over-looking river. 3 minute walk to DLR station and bus stop. Friendly, tidy flat mate and friendly tidy cat named Jimmy. Retail park very nearby with all major shops and pub/gym even closer. Canary Wharf & The City easily accessible.
I'm often pretty busy so not around a huge deal, but when I am want to relax, eat and watch TV etc. You can join me in these if you like, but no (Email Removed After Let) tenant preferred as thats what me and Jimmy are best used to after all these years! Plus they're generally smaller and less smelly :P (I'm still friends with my last few housemates).
