The annexe is an extension to our family home close to Winchester City Centre and also has shared access to a second/communal downstairs bathroom. Tenancy type is that of 'lodger - excluded occupier' which means you live in our home (in a self contained unit) but that a family member will share the second/communal bathroom only and can be either a periodic let (run indefinitely from 1 rent period to the next) or a fixed term let (which lasts a set number of weeks, months or years) giving flexibility to your individual requirements.  The second communal bathroom includes bath with shower over, toilet and sink.

The bedroom is upstairs and has two walk-in wardrobes (one with wall safe) and dual aspect velux windows.  The bathroom is also situated upstairs with freestanding slipper bath, toilet and sink with velux window.  The lounge contains a sofa bed for the occasional visitor you may wish to have stay.

The property is fully double glazed and centrally heated with radiators in all rooms (two in lounge) and upstairs landing area.

We operate a No Smoking policy inside our property.
