The flat is on 1st floor and has 3 levels. Your room will be on level 2, same level as bathroom, living room and open kitchen on top floor which is very pleasant and has a lot of natural light.
We are just 3-5 mins walk to sainsbury, tesco, waitros, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, around 10 minutes walk from London Victoria Railway, Victoria & Pimlico underground station, malls. Sloane square is about 15min walk.
Current roommates are clean, respectful, fun, easy going and quiet professionals who are out most of the time. We look for someone with similar quality. We are very nice sociable people, one likes to go coffee and drinking, the other likes parks, dancing, cultural events and doing sports, esp tennis. 
All bills are included, including wifi, toilet paper, and council tax.
We have washing machine, dish washer, fridge, steam iron.
You will share the big bathroom with another person only.
Living room with open kitchen is very spacious and comfy with big tv and apple tv/now tv/netflix.
Short let month by month is possible, bedding can be provided at small cost so you can just move in with your suitcase.
