The Neighborhood
Bordering the financial district on one side, and Shoreditch (the vibrant night time heart of East London) on the other, this flat could not possibly have better neighbourhoods. The area has many health clubs, 24 hour supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cinemas, theatres, libraries and well, everything one could want.
Also around in the neighbourhood are the beautiful and tranquil Regent’s Canal and the world famous Bunhill Cemetery (whose residents include Daniel Defoe, William Blake, Thomas Hardy, to name a few).
Getting around
The flat is under 100 metres from Old Street station (Zone 1). Liverpool Street (Zone 1) and Farringdon (Zone 1) stations are under 1 mile away. Kings Cross & St Pancras and London Bridge stations are 1.5 miles away, as are St Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London and the Monument. The flat is also served by numerous north-south as well as east-west 24 hour buses (bus stops just a 2 min walk away).

The Landlords
I and my girlfriend live in Germany, but are very responsive. I spend a week in London as part of my development finance job in the City.
