The house has fully fitted Berber carpets and Travertine tiles in the very large en suite bathroom.  (We didn't equip the house planning to let it out, so everything has been done to an extremely high standard), so we are hoping to find professional tenants who really want to make a home there, and who will enjoy looking after the house and the garden.  Everything has been looked after and cared for, when we lived there for over 20 years; it has been an extremely happy home, and has a lovely vibe in it. 

So sorry but we cannot accept young children, smokers or pets due to past experiences.  Really sorry.
