It comes partly furnished with sofas & shelves in the living room, full equipped kitchen, with new washing machine and oven, beds in the bedrooms as well as a wardrobe. If of interest some of our furniture can be taken as well.
The landlord is a great person. He is very reponsive and helpful. This summer he just built the terrace for us. We are only moving because we need to live closer to work.
The property has all necessary safety and energy performance cerfiticates.
The area is pretty cool as it is within walking distance to Queenspark Bakerloo line as well as Kensal Rise overground. Moreover there is a bus right round the corner.
