Warwick Gardens is a tree-lined residential street with dozens of gastro-pubs, and both casual and Michelin starred restaurants all within walking distance. Many locals refer to Kensington as a 'village' for the quiet & peaceful streets in this borough versus other parts of London. The flat is held in a classic Victorian-fronted home and rests on the top-floor, benefitting from it's own private/ internal staircase and a sense of privacy from neighbouring apartments.

The Space:
The flat is arranged over 2.5 floors and is in immaculate condition, having very recently undergone a full refurbishment. There are hardwood floors throughout the flat (excl. Master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom), giving it a very modern and polished appearance. At the top of the stairs there is a landing with access to the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom.

The Living Room:
Tastefully decorated with a large L shaped sofa (large enough to seat 6 or sleep 2 comfortably), designer rug and custom built alcove holding books and a 44" flat screen TV, complete with over 900 channels (and wireless internet included). The room has a large double-glazed window allowing in ample sunlight whilst keeping out all noise. The space is large enough to comfortably hold a 4 person dining table. This truly is an oasis within the home where guests can relax in an elegant setting.

The Master Bedroom:
The flat boasts an 'over-sized' master bedroom- large enough to hold 2 floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and ample storage furniture, as well as a Super King Size (larger than King) orthopedic bed. The room is sunny and exceptionally quiet.

The Guest Room:
Generously sized guest bedroom with floor to ceiling walk-in closet and lots of space for clothing, sports equipment etc. The room is tastefully decorated with photographic prints and artist lamps, and includes a study area with desk, chair and printer.

Bathroom & Kitchen:
The bathroom and kitchen are located to the rear of the property and boast tiled floors with underfloor heating. The bathroom is Swedish designed with a large rainhead shower head that makes showering the best experience of each day! The kitchen is impressively large for London, with porcelain tiles, solid granite worktops, expensive fixtures and finishings and fully integrated fridge/ freezer and washer/ dryer.

The Location:
High Street Kensington and Earls Court tube stations are a short 6-minute walk from the flat. London's biggest attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall can all be reached in under 15 minutes.

I strongly prefer longer visits, and will consider reducing the rental rate for tenants who are able to commit to staying for 1 month or longer.
