We have a quiet double room with a garden view in our newly refurbished, shared house to let.

With a sunny garden and off road parking, your new home is 15 minutes walk from Ipswich train station and is well served by buses into town which stop very close to the house. Local shops are a 10 minute walk away and it's just 5 minutes drive to the nearest retail park, the A14 and the A12.

Your room is newly decorated and furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, cupboard with extra hanging rail, bedside table and soft furnishings.

The shared kitchen is also newly decorated and equipped with brand new white goods and some basics to get you started.

The shared bathroom has a brand new suite and there is an extra, separate toilet.

There is a comfortable conservatory with underfloor heating for everyone to relax in.

Bills are included. That means council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV Licence and a regular clean of the communal areas are all paid for as part of your rent.

The deposit for your room is equivalent to one month's rent. In addition, one month's rent will be payable in advance. So, your costs up front will be 1 month as deposit + 1 month rent.

Please note, your room is intended for single occupancy and all contracts are for a minimum term of 6 months.
