For rent is a fully furnished double room with a king size bed in a 3 bed riverside house in one of the best locations in North Bristol. The room includes a Habitat king size bed and mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and floorstanding mirror.

Frenchay is perfectly located for people working in Filton or the surrounding area, or even if you work in town but enjoy the peace and tranquility of more rural surroundings. The house sits right next to the River Frome in a conservation area and has stunning views over the river.

The kitchen has a fitted hob/oven, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, and fitted fridge freezer. 

The room is being offered as a house share, sharing with myself (37 year old male, professional). There is another room that I also rent out from time to time but it is currently unoccupied. I am looking for someone neat and tidy who will be respectful of the house and who doesn't mind taking their shoes off inside. Most importantly I am looking for someone easy to get along with and enjoy living with, and who works similar (normal) hours. No couples please. 

Frenchay is close to local supermarkets etc in Filton and Downend. There is an excellent local pub.

No pets please. Also not suitable for smokers. It is a really quiet spot, so the house is well suited to professionals who need peace and quiet.
