The buildint is protected by CCVT and it's really safe. Population is quite young.
Around the block: there is a couple of Tesco express within 3 minutes walk and a large sainsbury 500m away. Tube station is 5 minutes max. closest park also within 3 minutes. Brick Lane around 6 minutes walk. Boris bikes racks rentals in front of the building. Bus to Canary wharf down the road and takes around 20 minutes to get there so also very convenient.
The flat is 2-3 minutes away the new large building that just came in the market (aldgate place and Aldgate landmark) so also there you will find shopping, stores, restaurants etc etc. Location is amazing!
Ah, I forgot - there is a lift but the flat is on the first floor so you don't really need it.
