im a live in landlady with my son and dog.

the room is a  furnished with memory foam bed, fitted wardrobes draws tv wifi Central heating
there is a shared walk in bathroom,kitchen , lounge, south facing garden and of street parking.
the house is on a quite street, between Hornchurch and Elm park underground (Email Removed After Let) links minuets away and over head trains 15 mins away .
the area had loads of amenity's:-Hornchurch country park .restaurants, bars , sports centers, cinemas bowling , theaters library shopping. and is aprox 45 mins from London embankment chelmsford or the coast. and plenty of out door activites.
the nearest airport is 45 mins away by car

room cleaning once a week.
