my flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone who will be happy to join us in a big 3 bedroom house in Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace is a quiet residential area in the southeast of London, surrounded by the vast open space of Crystal Palace Park, which contains the National Sports Centre and the Dinosaur Park.
The three main roads (Westow Street, Church Road and Westow Hill) are known as 'The Triangle', rich of boutiques, vintage shops and restaurants offering a variety of dishes - Italian, French, Vietnamese, Chinese , Indian, Portuguese, Mexican, English etc ...

Just 5 minutes walk you can find the main supermarkets such as Sainsbury's, Co-operative, Iceland, Pound Scratch and Poundland.
Just in case there is a shop which is open until late evening just next to us.

Public transport:

Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace train stations are just a 7-minute walk from the house or 4 minutes by bus. 25 minutes from Victoria Station.
Just few steps away of the house there are two bus stop which includes the 432 to Norwood, Brixton or Anerley, 417 towards Clapham Common or Crystal Palace centre, Sydenham or 450 towards Croydon.
