This is a top floor (6th - with efficient lift) flat in a fairly new building on Campbell Road, Bow with video entry phone and views over the Olympic stadium and much further. This has been a high-quality holiday let flat since we bought it so is furnished in tip-top quality items and has been kept in immaculate condition.

Transport links are brilliant with the Bow Church DLR around the corner and Bow Road tube a few minutes stroll away and numerous buses going along the main Bow Road. This flat is the nicest in the block; we queued for hours to get in first and choose this one. It's light and airy and really quiet because there's very effective double glazing and it's at the back of the building at the top with no neighbours one side and very nice, quiet neighbours on the other side.

The living room has a beautiful fitted kitchen on one wall with large fridge and separate freezer; oven hob and hood and dishwasher along with really cool additions such as the invisible sockets! The washer/dryer is in the very useful hall cupboard.

There is a very expensive Ligne Roset table and chair set which seats six but the table is easily extended. The living area boasts two extremely good quality leather sofas (one is a sofabed) and more Ligne Roset furniture.

The main suite has a king size storabed and a fitted wardrobe as well as an en-suite shower room. Very useful!

Being honest; the only drawback with this flat is the size of the second bedroom. At the moment it is furnished with one full size single bed and a chest of drawers so would be ideal for a child or as a study. We do have two single beds out when we have two children staying but there is no room for anything else!

The flat comes with secure parking which is a bonus for London and there's communal gardens over the parking area.

This is a very reasonably-priced flat to run. Council tax is £100 a month and the electricity bills are low as the insulation is so good. There is no gas in the building so no gas bills. Water bills are paid by us within the service charge so low bills for you.
