We are excited to rent out a large double en suite for a couple in a flat share based in South Woodford (street parking available). It has easy road access to the M11, A406 and M25, and it is within 8 minutes walk from South Woodford tube station (Central Line). Liverpool Street, Stratford, Mile End,and Bank station in around 35 minutes or less, and Holborn a 40 minute trip.

The property has a sizeable shared kitchen/dining/living area with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven.

There are a couple of gyms in the area, a local library,and plenty of high quality restaurants in the area that makes South Woodford a really trendy area to live in. The Epping Forest is also easily accessible and within in a few minutes' drive from the area.

South Woodford is a save area to walk in late at night,with plenty of well lit streets and a number of bus stops for the rainy days.
