Room in a Shared Flat, Bushey Road, SW20

Hi guys,

I'm a South African female (living in London for 5 years now), looking for a flatmate with similar interests and a similar nature. I have my own group of mates and a pretty busy life but lucky enough to work from home a fair amount too. A friendly female is preferred, someone sociable but who at the same time has their own life and social commitments.

The flat is on the ground floor and is fully furnished albeit requiring a bit more of a homey touch. The available room is very large and comes with a king size bed, side tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The large lounge and dining room includes an L-shaped leather sofa, dining table and 6 chairs, 42" tv and hanging wine rack.

It has one bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen includes washing machine, tumble dryer (in bathroom), fridge, oven and stove top.


The flat is situated right next to David Lloyds Leisure Centre with all amenities within 10-15 mins walking distance (Tesco, Sainsburys, Big Waitrose, Boots etc). Raynes Park station and Wimbledon Chase station are both about a 10 minute walk with loads of bus routes nearby too. It's a 20 min train to get into central London (Waterloo) and 2 mins into Wimbledon from Raynes Park station which has loads of great pubs, restaurants and shops.

Bills will be roughly £125 each and include council tax, TV licence, Water, Gas & Elec and Virgin TV, wifi and a fortnightly cleaner (Cleaner negotiable).
