The bedroom is at the back of the house so is quiet and overlooks the 100 ft+ communal garden but it is SMALL and the shower room, whilst beautifully-appointed and lined in granite with a generous shower and chic fittings, is en-suite to the bedroom so this is not a flat suitable for sharers. A single professional person would be idea or a couple who don't mind a small bedroom and a shower room that is accessible only via the bedroom.
