Double Room in 2 bedroom ground floor flat, the room is currently being used as a rather over sized office and since I'm now renting a separate office space I have no use for it.

The property has an open planned living room and kitchen area, 1 bathroom with bath/shower and plenty of storage space. There is no garden but a small patio area out the back. Off and on road parking. Hi speed wifi.

I have 3 cats that are extremely friendly, unfortunately because of them I can't allow any other pets into the property.

Surrounding area features include: sports facility within 5 minute walk, local shops in Durrington and Tesco supermarket in Amesbury which is a 5 minute drive. Bus services are just across the road, as is one of the local pubs. Close to Stonehenge and old Sarum castle. 20 minute drive to Salisbury city centre (or 40 minutes by bus). As for me, I work evenings till midnight at a bar on the local military camp, as well as working as a youtuber which is what my office has been for. I'm a university graduate in 3D game development and I'm starting to work on projects that require me to have an off properly working space hence the office move, so I'll spend some time during the day there before going to work in the evening. As I am also renting the properly from a family friend, all payments will from you will go through me to send to them, we will have a sublet contract.
