All the local amenities very near in just 2-3 mins walk. Lidl, Tesco, Morrisons are just 2 mins walk. Train station is 7-8 Mins walk. Trains to charing cross, London Waterloo, London Cannon Street, London Victoria. Also Its just under 22 mins to London Bridge. For canary wharf, every 2 mins DLR from Lewisham. All the trains go via Lewisham.

Pls do let me know if you require any more details about the room. Also rental is negotiable depending on the length of tenancy.

I would consider Mon-Friday letting too with reduced rent.
