Looking for a new flatmate to share an apartment that is close to both Finsbury Park station and Manor House station and 1 street away from the actual Finsbury Park - hence great location.
The flat has a very sizeable living room and kitchen, and is in general more than spacious enough for 2 people. All the facilities - fridge with freezer, washing machine (no tumble drier), gas stove, oven, microwave, bath tub and so on - are in good condition. The kitchen floor has some problems, but they would be fixed.
I have lived in this flat for over 2 years. The rent doesn't include bills, which are about £90/month/person, including energy, water, Internet and council tax. As all the furniture were bought by the tenants, you may need to furnish the room if my current flatmate decides to take all her belongings with her. The room is available from now, and we would sign a contract with the landlord.
I work in a university as a researcher. Graduate students and young professionals are preferred.
