This is a first-floor flat in a new development and only one year old. The room available is a comfortable double room with plenty of storage space available (six built-in wardrobe doors). The room is situated opposite a large family bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE. The number of bedrooms refers to the number of bedrooms available. This is a two bed flat, I will be occupying the other room so this is a shared flat.  

There is also an open plan kitchen and living area and a balcony. The flat will be freshly decorated before it becomes available and is also fully furnished.

The location is ideal for anyone working in the City being only a 15 minute walk away from Moorgate and is only a few minutes walk away from Old Street Station .

Hoxton is, of course, an ideal location for access to nightlife in Shoreditch and the broader Hackney area. Therefore this location is perfect for any young professional new to London.

I am a live in landlord and a young professional in the City looking for those of a similar age and job to rent to. I enjoy sport and cultural activities as well as socialising on the weekends.

Unfortunately, I won't be renting to couples due to the size of the living areas.
