Located on the 2/F (known as first floor in UK), our 2 bedroom flat is on a quiet residential street within walking distance to: 2 mins to Goldhawk tube, 8 mins to Brook Green Park, 5 mins to public bikes, 15 mins to Westfield Mall and 10 mins to Shepard's Bush Park. 

Our two bedroom flat has a larger sized bedroom with a double bed (150cm x 200cm) and smaller bedroom with one twin bed (80cm x 200cm) that pulls out into a large double size bed (160cm x 200cm) with access to a small balcony. The kitchen is open with access directly into the bright, high ceiling sitting room. The rental includes once a week housekeeping for one hour. Bedding, linens, kitchenware and small decor are provided but can be removed as requested. It is difficult for us to remove large pieces of furniture but we can discuss.

Sitting Room:
- Two seater sofa, Coffee table, Side table, Small bookshelf used as TV stand, Sony smart TV, 2 desks, round dinning table, 4 dinning chairs, large mirror above fake fireplace

Kitchen:
- washing machine with combination drying function, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, rice cooker, wireless vacuum, toaster, cutlery, mugs, glasses, cutting board, pots/pans, plastic boxes, some plates, bowls and Tupperware

Small bedroom:
- access to a small balcony, twin bed pulls out to a large double size bed, two large drawers for storage, small desk, 2 fold up small tables, 1 fold up chair, plastic drawer placed inside built in closet

Large bedroom:
- double bed, small bookshelf, desk, trash bin, laundry basket, built in closet, desk lamp and built in closet

We live just downstairs from the flat and are able to manage repair and maintenance issues promptly. The rental includes housekeeping once a week for one hour of basic cleaning and wifi internet installation. Rental excludes: Council tax £89/month, Monthly internet £17 and Water/Gas/Electricity based on your own usage.
